Please keep in mind as with all HANDCRAFTED sets, they are handmade and made to order by Cheeky D Swim. Please allow up to five business days for your order to be cut, sewn and sent for delivery. 

Please understand we do not accept returns on any Handcrafted items. These items are made to order in your requested size and style. Returns for an exchange will only be accepted if the item is deemed faulty and must be returned within 14 days. Cheeky D Swim reserves the right to refuse return reasons such as 'change of mind' or 'wrong fit' as it is the customers sole responsibility to check swimwear's description, sizing chart and to email Cheeky D Swim regarding swimwear sizing and fit.

Colours, patterns and lighting may show slightly differently on each computer/mobile/tablet screen. Please email us if you are unsure about colour/pattern, we are happy to send you additional photos.

Please note, all fabrics are limited. Some fabrics will not come back into stock. We advise purchasing sets together, as fabric colours can vary slightly depending on each manufactured batch. 

All of Cheeky D Swim Handcrafted swimwear is double-lined. Although we do the best of our ability, lighter colours and prints may experience slight sheer-ness when wet. If this is of concern, we recommend purchasing darker colour sets.

Australia & International Refunds:

  • All returns must be emailed to cheekydswim@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • We accept exchanges and will offer credit notes for all full priced items, including promotional items.
  • Refunds will only be accepted on faulty goods.
  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges on SALE items.
  • All returns must be in their original condition:  tags and hygiene seal attached. We will not accept tampered or worn goods. If items do not meet this criteria, we will email to notify and send goods back to you.
  • All return emails must be submitted within 14 days of purchasing.
  •  All international return emails must be received within 21 days.
  • All sale items are final. We do not accept any returns, exchanges or credits on sale or promotion items.
  • Customers are liable for return shipping fees.
Please note it may take anywhere between 14 - 21 working days to process international returns.

FAULTY ITEMS:
In the case of a faulty item, please email us at cheekydswim@gmail.com. We will incur all postage costs, so please include a receipt. Without a receipt, postage will not be reimbursed by Cheeky D Swim.

If an item is deemed faulty, we will provide a full refund.

In the case that a return does not reach us, we will not be held liable. Please use postage with tracking.
